When you’re at work you have meetings these meetings are to brain storm ideas about improving engagement and other things. For churches to go they should definitely request the feedback from they’re congratulation. A lot of times decisions are made by a couple people, when it comes to ministry I think it’s important to create a space where they’re voices are heard. These types of conversations are good to have and could also create a more inclusive space for members to feel welcomes and needed.
